We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was outstanding, right on the harbor and opposite a beautiful restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised that despite being so close, there was no noise disturbance. The staff provided excellent service, from room service to housekeeping, ensuring that our every need was met. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the patio where we could relax and take in the stunning views. the hotel provided exceptional comfort and quality.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.

Everything was spot on.

Great location, close to the port and beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and had a good selection of drinks at the bar.

The food was terrible, barely edible. The staff were rude and unattentive, showing no interest in helping guests. The WiFi was practically nonexistent, only working in certain areas of the hotel, and even then, very slow. a disappointing experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the amazing private beach, the lovely pool, and the delicious breakfast. The staff was very attentive and helpful with parking and transportation, and the location right on the harbor was perfect for exploring the city.

Nothing not too like.

Great facilities, lovely staff, and convenient location. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing; the rooms were laid out well; and the restaurant served delicious food. The staff was always friendly and ready to help, providing great service. The hotel was located in a prime spot, making it easy to access everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. there was a beautiful view of the ocean from the hotel, which was a wonderful bonus.

The breakfast selection was repetitive and lacked variety, and the noise from other guests was occasionally disruptive. The breakfast offered little to no protein options, which was a bit disappointing.

I wasn't sure about the location at first, but it turned out to be great. the hotel was right across from the restaurant and harbor, but surprisingly not noisy. Plus, there was a nice restaurant nearby. the room and bathroom were functional and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast had good options and the view was beautiful. the pool was great for families and had free bikes.

The accuracy of charges for extras was not the best.
